BUILD entered into a partnership with the CORE Companies to invest in an 80-unit townhome development, on a 5.65-acre site, located at 265 Lewis Road in San Jose.  Five percent of the townhomes are set aside for purchase by moderate-income buyers.  The CORE Companies is a well-known San Jose-based residential developer with extensive experience developing affordable and market-rate housing.  BUILD entered into the partnership as the equity investor.
