Irvington Village is the redevelopment of an underutilized 8.84-acre site, which previously contained a large warehouse building and asphalt-surface parking.  The overall development was created through a joint master planning process that resulted in the construction of 283 condominium homes and 100 affordable rental homes.  BUILD provided an equity investment in Park Lane and Park Lane West, the 2 phase condominium home component being developed by Regis Homes of Northern California, and BRIDGE Housing is developing the affordable rental homes, Irvington Terrace.
