Central Station is a redevelopment of 19.95 acres of underutilized land located in the West Oakland neighborhood.  The majority of the site is vacant except for two warehouse structures and a former railroad terminal designated as a historical landmark.  BUILD partnered with Holliday Development, H.F.H., Ltd., and Pulte Homes to acquire six parcels and secure entitlement approvals for the proposed master-planned community.
